About every new moon - there will be interesting quotes or information here: - from 21 May 2012 ( 21-5-12 ) Today (21 May) we have just had the sun move into Gemini, an eclipse and a new moon. Tomorrow (22nd May) the moon crosses the equator, and we experience another 'superplanet' event this week. On June 4th, there is another partial Lunar Eclipse and a full moon and on June 6th, Venus crosses the face of the sun @ 11:08am, AEST. This can be visible in New Zealand and part of the eastern portion of Australia. In the year 2012: please flow with ease and grace with all the changes that are happening - embrace and love the new energy, and be very flexible. Enjoy.
Lesson One: My dear ones, your minds have become cluttered with useless tripe. Much of the conditioning you have acquired from your lifetime and what you see and hear on your television has created within you an inner dialogue that is not conducive to lightness. Once you have conditioned your mind to stop the useless banter that pervades your daily thought patterns, you will begin to create with focus and a true understanding of the ramifications of the choices you are making. The first of these lessons will help to make you aware of the banter that is constant within your mind. Becoming Still In the beginning, for you to enter into a state of complete emptiness, you will need to shut out the world for a minimum of twenty minutes of each day. You will fade the sounds of your world into the shadows and open your mind to the emptiness of the void which lies somewhere between sleep and waking. Make yourself comfortable. Sit or lie back, and if you require warmth, please cover yourself. Your telephone is turned off and you have placed a note on your door so that you will remain undisturbed. You are ready now. Sit quietly. Focus on nothing. Simply be. Be as you are; an infinite being of light that has closed a door on the madness of your inner dialogue. As thoughts begin to slip in and out simply whisk them away and go back to the quietness and emptiness. Ego can be swiftly dealt with by making the invocation, "Stand aside, ego, in the name of the Christ. It is done." Continue to practice this lesson until you are able to hold the void for twenty minutes. When you have mastered holding the void for twenty minutes, you are ready to move to step two of the process. Clear your mind of all thought except that which you will have chosen to focus upon. You will be, on your first day, thinking of the pure energy that pulses through you. It is an infinite lightness that is connected to the All and the Everything. You are part of the thunder and the sweetness of the breeze that washes over your body, releasing all of the denseness that has collected there from the day. Release it. Release it all. Send it up into the arms of God. He is waiting there to gather those weights and lighten your struggle. Should any thought but these slip into your consciousness, whisk them away and return your focus to the Oneness. Feel how you are connected to the water and the flowers and the clouds. Imagine you are within the body of a soaring eagle and feel the freedom of flight. Is it not wonderful? Whisk away any thoughts which are not part of this exercise. As you finish each exercise, it is important that you return to your awakening state slowly and quietly. Sit for a few minutes in the quiet before opening your eyes. When you awaken, if you have fallen asleep, try to remember the time you spent in the void, before you slipped off to slumber. On your next attempt, ask for my assistance in advance and I will sit beside you throughout the lesson. Imagine me there beside you but do not enter me into your void. When you have mastered holding a focused thought pattern for twenty minutes, without interference from inner dialogue or banter, you are ready to move on to Lesson two. Lesson Two: You have mastered the clearing of your mind, and focused thought. All masters have achieved this clearing away of unnecessary energy, which bogs down the process of concise creation and clutters your mind, with unproductive and destructive thought patterns. Now it is time to practice focused thought during your awakened state. It is important that you do no practice this technique while driving your automobile or flying your aeroplane but, soon you will be capable of controlling your thoughts throughout every one of your activities. First you must open to the truth that you do no require of the nothings that are running through your brain dialogue throughout the day. Many of them are occurring without your knowledge and in some cases they are extremely damaging. Consider this. You are walking down the street. You have mastered the void and focused thinking in the quiet of your room but now you are out in the world. Since your mastery of these two exercises, you are becoming more aware of the inner dialogue that is chattering within your head throughout the day. You are now able to stop yourself in the middle of a negative thought. Some of these thoughts, perhaps all of them, are not initiated by your personal response to an occurrence but are due to past programming. You see a woman slap a child. Immediately your thoughts are shifted to how horrible the woman is and your wheels are turning a million miles per hour as you imagine how you can possibly turn her over to the authorities for abusing her child. Stop your judgment, even before it starts if you can. Rather than judge the woman who is striking her child, try surrounding her with God's light. Ground her and her child and, if you must, step up to the woman and ask if you can be of assistance because you have noticed that she is in some difficulty. Stop the negative energy flow at its source. Chop it off with an imaginary knife and surround yourself and all you see with love and love and love. When you stop negative thoughts, at their source, it is the first step in selecting the energy that you will allow within your mind. Every negative thought that you choose to turn into lightness is a blessing to your world and makes a shift in not only your consciousness but that of the All and the Everything. When you are finally able to clear your mind of slow energy you will truly be able to create in a vacuum. All creation happens when you choose and then release the outcome. Removing random thought from the equation allows you to create without outside interference from slow energy thoughts that reflect ego. Imagine these two events and how they each will affect the likelihood of creation. Example 1: I choose to go to New York City for my vacation. (I now envision the hotel I will stay at, the shows I will attend and the wonderful meals I will partake of. I feel within me the warmth and happiness I will derive from this event. I imagine an abundance of money to pay for all these events.) I now release the outcome of the creation. Example 2: I would like to go to New York City for my vacation. (inner-dialogue begins) "It would be nice but, how will I ever talk my wife/husband into it. The good shows are all sold out a year in advance so a show is probably out. I wonder if I can find a decent hotel for cheap; probably not. All the good places are a fortune and anything reasonable would probably be in a high crime district. Oh my goodness, I might get mugged or killed! If I go I will not take any of my real jewelry. Well, if I don't take my good jewelry I might as well not go out to anywhere fancy. Those places are always ala carte' anyway and might cost as much as a weeks salary just to get in the door. The plane tickets are probably high, I wonder if there is any kind of a price war. I hate those small seats. I wish I could fly first class. I always get squashed in between a talkative person or one with the flu. Well, I'd better start checking into everything so I can see how hard it's going to hit the cheque book." Which process of creation will have the best opportunity of coming to fruition? * What is the first example creating? * What is the second example creating? * What kind of energy is emitted into the universe by the second example, compared to the first? Would you believe me, if I told you that the individual described in the second example had no idea that the inner-dialogue was occurring? Now can you understand the importance of controlling the random thought forms that fill your mind in every moment? Changing the negative energy of the second dialogue is enough to lift the blessed earth into more lightness. Can you imagine if one thousand thoughts were shifted, or one million? The patterns of random dialogue run very deep and are easily retrained. It will take much effort and a deep desire and dedication on your part but remember that you are never alone. I am your personal guide in these and all manners of awakening to your birthright.
