Compose a song or a poem about your life's trials and tribulations. After each stanza add the chorus, "OKay, I'm done with that now."
(Example: "She broke my heart and left me flat, stole my money and took the cat. Nobody will give me a break, my bills come to more than I make. OKay, I'm done with that now.")
